Based on crowd-sourced data from over 300 examinees who took both offline practice tests and the official NBME interface, this paper establishes a raw-to-three-digit conversion table for NBME 9. The methodology accounts for the unique difficulty curve of Form 9, which is known to be slightly more difficult than newer forms (25–31).
