The story takes place in Ayasaki City, where a breach has opened a portal to the “Jamanga” world—a dark dimension of monsters. To combat this threat, the secret organization SHOT (Security Headquarters of Tactical) creates three Armor Keys and three legendary warriors: the fiery Ryukendo, the calm and strategic Jiraiyano, and the powerful, heavy-hitting Sazer (later replaced by Gekiryukendo). The protagonist, Kenji Narukami (dubbed as simply “Kenji”), is a hot-headed but pure-hearted rookie who wields the power of the Madan Sword to transform into Ryukendo.
